This will hopefully be our new home in a few weeks. And yes, that is Ken's thumb in the sky. We'll most likely plant bougainvilla and roses in the front, and of course take out the grass. The roof is some kind of light weight cement-like composite tile. It should last forever. And look! There's a garage!
I love it! I can't wait to see the inside and the before and afters.
